Info: Lou and Natalie became business partners in January 2004, forming “The Power Team” of Powell Realtors. During this time, they have become multi-million dollar producers. Originally from New York, Lou graduated from Cornell University & worked in the engineering field in NY & PA. Lou moved to the Eastern Shore in 2002 and joined the Powell Realtors Family. Currently a resident of Federalsburg, Lou is a member of the VFW Post 5246 Men’s Auxiliary as well as the Federalsburg Lions Club. Nat joined the Federalsburg office in April 2003 as an Administrative Assistant and is also a licensed REALTOR. Nat moved to the Eastern Shore in 1978 from Thurmont, MD. She loves meeting new people. Her philosophy is “to treat people the way you want to be treated.” Nat worked in the banking industry for 13 years and the Dorchester County Circuit Court working with family law. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, SCUBA diving, racing and collecting angels. Being a cancer survivor, Nat is active with Relay for Life and served as team captain of Powell’s team, “Charlie’s Angels” for three years.
