Info: Skip began his real estate career after selling his consulting engineering and surveying company in 1996, which he co-founded in 1974. He has extensive personal experience in the development, construction and management of many residential and commercial projects. An avid hunter, he specializes in the listing, sales and leasing of various types of hunting properties (deer, turkey, waterfowl, etc.). In his first year in real estate he surpassed a million dollars in sales, and has been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer in several years since. Skip received the Mid-Shore Board of Realtors (MSBR) 2003 Community Service Award and served as a Director on the Board of MSBR from 2004 to 2006. In addition, Skip has been very active in civic and professional organizations, including serving as President of the Dorchester Chamber of Commerce in 1997, President of the Choptank United Methodist Men in 1997-98, and as President of the Grand National Waterfowl Association in 2001 and currently serves as Hunt Coordinator & is also the Editor of the Newsletter. Skip and his wife, Bride, reside in the Neck District and have two grown children, a grandson, and two granddaughters. Hobbies include travel, photography, hunting and scuba diving. Skip works in our Cambridge office.
